This residence draws inspiration from Goa's rich architectural heritage, featuring a spacious veranda, traditional roof forms, and locally inspired detailing. Designed to embrace the tropical climate, the architecture promotes natural ventilation, shaded living spaces, and a seamless relationship between the built form and its natural surroundings.
The design responds to the tropical climate through shaded outdoor spaces, natural ventilation, and a strong connection to the landscape.

The Villa is a contemporary interpretation of traditional Goan architecture, blending exposed laterite stone, handcrafted timber details, and climate-responsive design to create a timeless tropical home rooted in heritage and craftsmanship.
