By utilizing local stone masonry and heavy timber frames, our structures naturalize indoor temperatures. We build with the mountain, utilizing local materials sourced within a fifty-kilometer radius to minimize transport emissions.
The passive cooling works flawlessly. Even during the humid pre-monsoon weeks, the mountain breeze flows naturally through the timber rafters without any active air conditioning.
